Soy de Slim Recommended Recipes


This product looks pretty small when it is dry noodles, but depending on the characteristics of konjac flour, the volume bulges about 4.5 times, boiling only 50 g of dried noodles from ordinary adult pasta.

Please slightly longer than ordinary noodles, please boil for about 8 to 10 minutes.

In addition, this product has characteristics that it is difficult to spread unlike other noodles, and you can eat deliciously even after a long period of time after boiling.


Bolognese (1 serving)

Soy de Slim 1 bag (50 g)
Onions 1/4
Ground meat 50g
Consommé proper amount
Ketshup 2 tablespoons
Sauce 1 tbsp
Powder garlic proper amount
Pepper suitable amount
Salt appropriate amount


1. Chop onion.
2. Put oil in frying pan and fry minced meat.
3. Add fry onion to the ground where the color changes in the street and stir fry further.
4. Season with sauce, ketchup, garlic, consomme and simmer.
5. Meanwhile boil it and prepare it. (About 10 minutes)
6. Combine with salt and pepper to taste it and serve Bolognese on top of a plenty of "Soy de Slim" on a plate.

Carbonara (1 serving)


Soy de Slim 1 bag(50 g)
Thickly sliced bacon 50 g

Onions 1/2
Soy milk 350ml
Water 50ml
A few consommés
1 egg yolk
Butter 5 - 10 g
Parmesan cheese a little
Salt a little
Black pepper a bit


1. Slice the onions.
2. Thick cutting bacon is cut to size easy to eat.
3. Stir fry bacon and onions lightly in frying pan, and add soymilk and water.
4. I will put in a "Soy de Slim" when it boils.
(Boiling time is about 10 minutes)
5. Put the butter in a pan and mix.
6. Place egg yolks on the bowl.
7. Complete with salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese on your choice.


Peperoncino (1 serving)


Soy de Slim 1 bag(50 g)
Cabbage 80 g
4 - 5 sausages
Hawk's claw (round slice) Appropriate amount
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine
1 teaspoon granulated consommé
Salt appropriate amount
Pepper a little
Parmesan cheese a little


1. Align the ingredients and boil water of "Soy de Slim".
2. Cabbage cut into bite size and boil for about 1 minute.
3. Garlic and sausage slice diagonally.
4. Boil the "Soy de Slim".
(About 10 minutes)
5. Pour olive oil and garlic into a frying pan and put it on a low heat.
Then add hawk's claws as well.
6. Add sausage and cabbage in order of sauteed boiled juice and 1 tablespoon white wine and mix well.

7. Add 1 teaspoon of granular consomme and taste with salt and pepper as needed.
("Soy de Slim" is flavored so we recommend thinning.)

8. When "Soy de Slim" boiled, put the frying pan on fire again and add "Soy de Slim" and mix well.
9. Please arrange Parmesan cheese and pepper as you like, if you like.
